DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST FLIGHT?

My first flight was during the beginner course and lasted for only a few seconds. But straight away I knew this was something I wanted to keep on doing.

WHAT MOMENTS MAKE FLYING WORTHWHILE?

Landing with your flying buddies after an epic flight or gliding into the sunset by yourself after many hours with ups and downs.

YOUR THREE TOP FLYING AREAS?

Gudbrandsdalen valley, Norway
Annecy, France
Caico, Brazil

WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON A DAY THAT IS NOT FLYABLE?

Sport climbing or going to the movies.

MOST IMPORTANT PARAGLIDING SUCCESSES?

  • Winner of the Norwegian Cup in Vågå

  • First crossing of the Femundsmarka national park

  • Unofficial nordic free out and return record 168 km in Gudbrandsdalen

  • 2x Nordic record holder in distance to a declared goal

WHY DO YOU FLY FOR ADVANCE?

I flew my first Advance wing back in 2008. It was the Sigma 7 and it gave me a lot of great flights. For the last few years I have been flying the OMEGA XA 2 and 3. A perfect wing for the kind of flying I do the most. The XA 3 is my all-time favourite wing!

Norwegian cod.

Never give up. Be curious.
