INTERVIEW

DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST FLIGHT?

That was completely brilliant. I’d met Aaron Durogati and told him how much I would like to paraglide. So he took me for a tandem ride and afterwards he took me to a practice slope where he briefly described how to do it - and then I took off. I had total butterflies in my stomach, even though I was only 5 meters up in the air.

YOUR BEST FLYING EXPERIENCE?

A one month expedition to north east India (Himachal Pradesh) with Aaron Durogati and his tandem.

WHAT DO YOU DO ON A NON-FLYING DAY?

Every other sport.

MOST IMPORTANT PARAGLIDING SUCCESSES?

Expedition with Aaron Durogati in India.

WHY DO YOU FLY FOR ADVANCE?

Because Advance is advanced.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD?

Buckwheat dumplings with coleslaw.

WHAT IS YOUR MOTTO FOR LIFE?

A great and free person never loses his child's heart.
